Envacs D5: Domestic
ENVACS-D and ENVACS-E are domestic software suites designed for managing housing surveys and asbestos survey data for large numbers of domestic housing stock, ideal for local authority housing managers responsible for managing asbestos in houses. ENVACS-D is designed for managers and owners of large numbers of domestic housing stock, while ENVACS-E is a read-only version of the suite.
The ENVACS data capture software provides a computerised system designed to be at the core of asbestos management. Innovative, clear and easy to use, it provides users with detailed "drill down" data access and a management regime that will enable you to meet the legislative responsibilities of the asbestos licensing regulations (1983, amended 1998) and the asbestos prohibitions regulations (1987, amended 1999).
Envacs-E enables users to see, but not alter the asbestos survey data in Envacs-D. Users can produce reports, search for samples, view statistical analysis and initiate revisits. ENVACS-E provides a means of supplying asbestos survey data in electronic format, as well as hard copy.
Both systems meet current HSE requirements and will be enhanced, if necessary, to meet future changes. All software updates are supplied free of charge.
