Envacs 6: Non-Domestic
Anyone who manages commercial buildings will know that building surveys and building inspections are a necessary part of working life, as is managing the asbestos survey data that such inspections generate.
Duty holders are required by law to manage asbestos in buildings, and ENVACS-6 is a fast and effective piece of asbestos data capture software that makes short work of asbestos management and administration.
The asbestos management database records data in compliance with CAWR2002 and MDHS100 regulations, and supports long-term effective asbestos management by multiple users. It produces detailed reports within minutes, and includes material and priority assessments, enabling managers and clients to easily explore asbestos survey data.
Enter Data:
Asbestos surveyors, consultants and remedial contractors use ENVACS-6 to quickly and easily enter original asbestos survey data for storage and professional presentation. Link digital photographs, plans and certificates and create re-inspection schedules, indicating when actions are due.
Use ENVACS-6 to enter information from re-visits. Historic records of samples are maintained in the system, and ENVACS-6 can categorise the risk of each asbestos-containing material and prioritise locations. Reports are automatically updated - ideal for recording and managing asbestos survey data across multiple clients and sites.
Read Data:
Building managers, owners and occupiers use the asbestos administration section to produce detailed asbestos data reports in a short space of time - either on-screen or in printed form. These users have read-only access and cannot make changes or additions to asbestos survey data.
Publish Data:
Use ENVACS-6 to publish asbestos survey data to the internet or your company intranet. The program uses the data to create a series of linked web pages that show all the asbestos-containing materials in the relevant buildings. The site can then be linked to the internet, an intranet or a network, enabling you and authorised personnel to easily locate and investigate any asbestos-containing materials in the buildings. Ideal when working across different sites or organisations.
